All of my pepper grinders can be used as salt mills.
The mechanism is ceramic, rust proof, and guaranteed for twenty-five years.
I offer a lifetime guarantee on the mill itself (mechanism included). If it ever fails just send it back to me and I'll replace it. Contact me beforehand so I'll know it's coming.
I will not cover abuse of the wood. If you run it through the dishwasher, I'd like to look at it out of pure curiosity, but I can't replace it for free. Sorry.
If you're used to using an ordinary pepper grinder you will be pleasantly surprised by the aroma produced by these grinders.
Adjustment is made via the knob on the bottom. The mechanism produces everything from a true cracked kernel to a fine powder.
Hold the top knob of the grinder while you dial in the grind.
To refill, just pull the top knob off and fill it up with fresh corns. Press the top back on and you're done. The adjustment will be unchanged.

I will turn the salt mill with only one identifying ring (a groove really) on the top to differentiate it from the pepper grinder which has a pair of rings.
A single ring for salt, a pair of rings for pepper.
If you just order two grinders they will both have a pair of rings and will be hard to tell apart.
I can turn these items in any length. If you would like a large set (24 inches or longer) please contact me to order.
Because the market for grinders in very large sizes is somewhat limited I turn these as they're ordered.
Because they are usually ordered in sets I price them according to your order.
